French group TRYBA (annual turnover EUR 150 million) has bought from the LAPEYRE group the German specialist for industrial carpentry RECKENDREES (annual turnover EUR 48 million with 395 workers). With this move, TRYBA ranks second among European manufacturers of doors and windows in PVC.
