07/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - The High Representative for CFSP, Javier Solana, expressed his concerns on 7 November at the continued detention in Laos of several Europeans, "including a member of the European Parliament" (Olivier Dupuis: Ed.), who had demonstrated peacefully for "freedom and democracy in Laos".
