20 winners of Europe's IT awards

Brussels, 30/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission and the European Council of Applied Sciences and Engineering (Euro-CASE) have announced the 20 winners of this year's European Information Society Technologies Prize (EISTP). All 20 winners will be displayed in the project exhibition at the Information Society Technologies 2001 event (IST 2001), during which three of them will be presented with a grade Prize (EUR 200 000 each) by European Commissioner Erkki Liikanen.
