30/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Council has adopted a common action whereby the European Union will help the Southern Ossetia conflict settlement process. The EU will pay EUR 210 000 into the fund set up by the OECD to pay for a standing secretariat to help the mixed control committee and the group of experts who are the main instruments in the peace process.
