Commission presents instrument required to ensure ratification of Kyoto Protocol by September 2002

Brussels, 23/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the Commission presented the package of measures on climate change, decisive to enable the Union to respect its undertakings under the Kyoto Protocol.
