Brussels, 10/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission is organising a Top Class Business Support Services Forum in Cardiff (UK) on 11/12 October with the aim of helping level up the quality and consistence of business support service provision across Europe to as to match or improve on today's best practice standards.
