Brussels, 25/09/2001 (Agence Europe) - Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker is to take part, on 8 October, with Marcel Crochet and Michel Dumoulin, Rector of UCL (Université Catholique de Louvain) and President of its European Studies Institute, at the inaugural session of the VIIth Glaverbel Chair for European Studies, which, until end April 2002, will be devoted to the theme "the small countries and European construction".
