France's newly established wireless internet services company, WEBRASKA, has bought up its US counterpart AIRFLASH in an exclusively share-based deal that will give WEBRASKA's shareholders an 87% stake in the new company (which will keep the name WEBRASKA). The transactions value the new venture at EUR 163 million.
