Brussels, 25/09/2001 (Agence Europe) - At its September plenary session, the Economic and Social Committee (ESC) adopted an opinion on the "Communication from the Commission to the Council: New European Labour Markets, Open to All, with Access for All" (rapporteur: Clare Carroll, Employers' Group, Ireland; co-rapporteurs: Renata Polverini (Workers' Group, Italy) and Christoph Fuchs (Various Interests Group, Germany).
