Asset managers FIDEI, subsidiary of the US' LEUCADIA NATIONAL CORPORATION, has revealed that it is prepared to make an offer for MOULINEX, the white goods division of France's MOULINEX-BRANDT, which is in compulsory administration. Interested parties had until this Tuesday to make a bid but on Monday evening, the only serious bid is reported to have been made by France's SEB.
