The Italian firm E.BISCOM has taken a 4.6% stake in PIRELLI & C, the leading holding company of the Italian industrial group of the same name and, lately, new reference shareholder of OLIVETTI/TELECOM ITALIA (See EI of 30 and 31 July). E.BISCOM is said to have spent 70 million euro for this stake.
