09/07/2001 (Agence Europe) - Annemie Neyts, Belgian Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, was in Washington on Monday on behalf of the Belgian EU Council Presidency, with a view to preparing the WTO ministerial conference in Doha, this autumn. Ms Neyts was to meet the US Representative for trade negotiations, Robert Zoellick.
