Brussels, 09/07/2001 (Agence Europe) - With the adoption last Thursday, in Strasbourg, of the report by Niels Busk (ELDR, Denmark) on the European Commission's annual report on multiannual guidance programmes for fishing fleets (MAGP), the European Parliament criticises the unwillingness of Member States to respect the aims of fleet reduction (seven or eight Member States apparently do not meet the aims of the fourth generation MAGP).
