Luxembourg, 02/07/2001 (Agence Europe) - The President of the Transport Council, Björn Rosengreen, Commissioner Loyola de Palacio and the Romanian Transport Minister, Miron Tudor Mitrea, signed a Transit Agreement between the EU and Romania on Thursday against the background of the Transport Committee.
