Luxembourg, 25/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - Meeting in plenary (fifteen judges) the European Court of Justice rejected the request by a Swiss company, Cotecna Inspection, of authorizing the practice of a seizure ruling against the European Commission to recover over $2 million that the Republic of Djibouti owes it.
