ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) capital goods

The French manufacturer of equipment for preparing and sorting mail MDPA - MANNESMANN DEMATIC POSTAL AUTOMATION (FF 595 million turnover in 2000, wit a workforce of 700) has just been taken completely over by the Californian group NORTHORP GRUMMAN (annual $15 bn turnover) for an undisclosed amount. The group has been renamed SOLYSTIC by its new shareholder.
