Mr Monti describes benefits of European competition policy for consumers

Brussels, 13/06/2001 (Agence Europe) - In his speech during the third "European competition day" (in Stockholm on 11 June: see EUROPE of 11 and 12 June, p.12) the Commissioner responsible for competition, Mario Monti, underlined the importance of better informing the public of the concrete benefits brought by the European competition policy.
