ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) automobile equipment

The, French group WESTAFLEX AUTOMOBILE (FF282 million turnover in 2000) specialised in automobile conduits, has joined forces with the Japanese equipment manufacturer MARUYASU within a joint-venture called WEVISTA which will pool the Inox (stainless steel) activities of WESTAFLEX. The Japanese firm will hold a 40% stake in the new firm.
