Russian Prime Minister in Stockholm to prepare May Summit

Brussels, 23/04/2001 (Agence Europe) - Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasianov will be in Stockholm on Tuesday 24 April for talks with Swedish Prime Minister Goran Persson, especially on the state of EU/Russia relations (see below for the declaration of the Swedish Presidency on the attacks on press freedom in Russia). The two men should also raise the preparatory work in view of the EU/Russia Summit to be held in Moscow on 17 May.
