23/04/2001 (Agence Europe) - The 34 Heads of State and Government who took part in the Summit of the Americas in Quebec, called for the negotiations on the future American Free Trade Area (AFTA) to finish by January 2005 at the latest, in order for the agreement to enter into force in December of the same year.
