Brussels, 12/04/2001 (Agence Europe) - Turkey has brought in ratification instruments for the Energy Charter Treaty, signalled the Charter's Secretariat this week. This makes it the 24th country to ratify the Energy Charter Treaty out of the 51 states which signed (in December 1994) the Treaty setting up East/West cooperation in energy trade, transit and investment.
