TRACTEBEL, the Belgian energy group owned by France's SUEZ, has announced that it is launching an amicable takeover bid for GTI, a Dutch industrial services company. TRACTEBEL is offering EUR 37 per share, valuing the company at EUR 330 million. One of the preconditions for a successful big is to buy 95% of GTI's shares.
