Commission opens in-depth investigation into acquisition of Pantochim and Eurodiol by BASF

Brussels, 28/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission decided to open an in-depth investigation over the acquisition of the Belgian companies Pantochim and Eurodiol by the German group BASF AG. The German group mainly carries out its activities in the sector for specialised chemical products as well as other chemical products.
