Commission approves employment and training programme for one and a half billion Euro

Brussels, 15/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Commissioner for Employment and Social Affairs, Anna Diamantopoulou, welcomed on Thursday the approval by the European Commission of the employment and vocational training programme for Greece, to which the European Social Fund will contribute from now to 2006, with EUR 1.420 billion, and the European Regional Development Fund with EUR 10 million.
