In Belgium, ANAPHOR VENTURE (ATENOR group) acquired a 49% stake in the PUBLIMAIL group (mailing services; turnover of around EUR 7.4 million in 2001), mainly achieved via a capital increase. It holds an option to increase to 51% and also gain control of the group.
