Strasbourg, 19/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - In a resolution adopted during its emergency debates, the EP calls on the European Commission, in consultation with the Portuguese authorities, to grant exceptional financial aid to complement credits allocated by Lisbon further to flooding this winter.
