19/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday the European Parliament approved without debate (consultations in one reading) two draft decisions concerning the renewal of the cooperation programmes in the field of higher education and employment training, with the United States (rapporteur, Roy Perry) and with Canada (rapporteur, Myrsini Zorba).
