ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) copper

UMPC, the Bulgarian subsidiary of the Belgian group UM - UNION MINIERE has taken over a 10% stake in the capital of SOFIA MED, a Bulgarian company specialised in the treatment of copper and held by the Greek group HALCOR. This stake is evaluated at several tens of millions of BF.
