01/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Committee of EU Permanent Representatives welcomed, this Thursday, the Italian Permanent Representative Silvio Fagiolo, who becomes Ambassador to Berlin. He will be replaced by Roberto Nigido, presently Ambassador to Canada, and who has already been posted to Brussels.
