01/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - The British Minister for Industry, Stephen Byers, has sent a letter to the European Commission to signal his "concerns" regarding the rise in the price of gas transit between the United Kingdom and Belgium, a Commission spokesperson confirmed on Thursday. Stephen Byers stressed in particular the problems of pricing and interconnection of the gas gas pipeline from Zeebrugge.
