Brussels, 15/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Ministers for Foreign Affairs from the member countries of the European Union and the NATO countries held a first meeting, qualified as "historic", on 15 December in Brussels, on invitation for the EU French Presidency. It concerns the first meeting of the NATO Council and the EU General Affairs Council on the form of a dinner with 23: the EU 15, the six European allies that are not members of the EU, the United States and Canada.
