ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) construction

The British groups BRYANT and BEAZER will merge their activities creating the largest group specialised in the construction of country homes. Named DOMUS, the new entity will have a market capitalisation of GBP 806 million, a turnover of GBP 1.5 billion and will be equally held by the shareholders of the two groups.
