The Finnish FORTUM sold to EDF INTERNATIONAL (French EDF group) the majority of its stake of 45% in the Hungarian BER - BUDAPEST EROEMUE. This company exploits six power stations in the Budapest region and should have a turnover of around EUR 100 million in 2000.
