France condemned for non-transposition of "television signals transmission" directive

Luxembourg, 24/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - The third Chamber of the European Court of Justice, over which the Danish judge Claus Gulmann presides, has condemned France for not having adopted within the time allowed the provisions of the 1995 European directive on the use of standards for the transmission of television signals.
