Stockholm, 24/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - The representatives of 31 European Green parties where gathered on 24 November in Stockholm to discuss in particular the European Charter of Fundamental Rights, ESDP and climate change, and to adopt a draft Green and Global Charter.
