GDF - GAZ DE FRANCE has acquired four Mexican subsidiaries of the Canadian group TRANSCANADA PIPELINES for the sum of US$150 million. The French group thus becomes the owner of 67.5% of ENERGIA MAYAKAN, 100% of TCB - TRANSCANADA DEL BAIJO, 50% of TN - TRANS NATURAL, a natural gas marketing firm and 100% of TCIM, a services company.
