ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) real estate

TELECOM ITALIA is to sell 60% of its subsidiary IM.SER, a subsidiary that groups most of the real estate assets to a tandem composed of the Italian real estate company BENI STABILI and the business bank LEHMAN BROTHERS. The sales price gives the company a value of EUR 2.9 billion.
