17/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Employers Confederation (UNICE) and the Spanish Employers' Confederation (CEOE) are organising a "European Union-Latin America-Caribbean Employers' Summit" in Madrid on 20 and 21 November, with the backing of the European Commission. Debates will be opened by Commission Vice-President Loyola de Palacio, and closed by Spanish Prime Minister Jose-Maria Aznar.
