Sunday Ministerial conclave discusses Commission, weighting of votes in Council and qualified majority voting

Brussels, 17/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Intergovernmental Conference on EU institutional reform (IGC) will take place on Sunday in Brussels in the form of a ministerial conclave. The Fifteen Ministers responsible for European Affairs will raise two decisive themes being the weighting of votes in the Council and the formation of the European Commission.
