Luxembourg, 17/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Alsace International Car Services company, specialised in car hire with driver (so-called "big discount"), maintains that the public procurement of services relating to the transport of MEPs in Strasbourg had been unlawfully awarded to the Strasbourg taxi company, "Taxis 13". It calls on the Court of Justice to cancel this contract by annulling the ruling of the Court of First Instance (CFI) that had rejected its request.
