The British group SPIRENT (network testing equipment) is to pay the AXEL JOHNSON group $1.575 bn for the American firm HEKIMIAN. Among the largest suppliers of network protection equipment in North America, HEKIMIAN had a $129.4 million turnover in the first eight months of the year.
