France's SAINT-LOUIS SUCRE has taken a 51% stake in the Silesian sugar holding company, pooling sixteen sugar producers, SSC - SLASKA SPOLKA CUKROWA (annual production capacity of some 200,000 tonnes). The cost of the transaction has not been disclosed.
