In Belgium, REAL SOFTWARE and AXTRON (environment advice: turnover of BEF 250 million) announced the creation of a joint venture in the aim of establishing a joint Internet platform (net market) for services and trade in the ecology sector named ECO2B. This company will be 20% held by REAL SOFTWARE, 10% by its partner HOTRATE.COM and 20% by its subsidiary ASQ, the remaining 50% will be held by AXTRON.
