According to Mr. Chirac a European Constitution is possible in two years

Hanover, 26/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - "My aim, that to which I am resolute, is, thanks to the Franco-German understanding and friendship, to progress and pursue this great European adventure," said the French President Jacques Chirac, during an interview given on Sunday evening on German television (ZDF) with Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder.
