The Dutch commercial holding HAGEMEYER, specialised in company service, launched a public tender offering on the American company CAMERON&BARKLEY (average annual turnover of USD 850 million with 2, 080 workers), active in the maintenance and repairs services in the electricity industry. Thanks to this acquisition, the American branch of HAGEMEYER will become "one of the largest in the distribution of services" in the United States with an annual turnover of USD 1.5 billion.
