Strasbourg, 19/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Ombudsman, Jacob Söderman handed to the European Parliament President Nicole Fontaine a special report giving an account of the progress made by the institutions concerning the adopting of a code of good administrative conduct. He notes that each EU institution and very few decentralised bodies have followed his recommendations, from July and September 1999, concerning the adoption of such a code.
