ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) internet

CISCO SYSTEMS, leader in Internet connection equipment, has taken over INFOGEAR TECHNOLOGY (computer equipment and software for the Internet infrastructure) and JETCELL (cordless telephone solutions for company networks) through an exchange of shares for a total of some $501 million ($301 million for INFOGEAR and 200 million for JETCELL).
