Brussels, 21/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has defined the contours of the European network for the amicable settlement of consumer disputes that it is hoping for in order to eliminate the obstacles that prevent consumers from having access to the relevant extra-judicial bodies of the other Member States and guide national initiatives along these lines.
In the spirit of the Commission, this decentralised and informal network would be made up of all the relevant bodies...
