ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) sport

The German media group EM T.V. is on the verge of taking a 50% stake in FOA - FORMULA ONE ADMINISTRATION, the company belonging to the British businessman Bernie Ecclestone who manages Formula 1 Grand Prix racing. This operation values FAO at £2.4 bn. An option is said to be envisaged, enabling EM T.V. to increase its share to 75%.
