The Spanish group BSCH -BANCO SANTANDER CENTRAL HISPANO- and the American firms AT KEARNEY (consulting firm) and EDS CO-NEXT (information technology services) have created a joint venture for the development of intra-business electronic commerce. The new undertaking, which will operate essentially in Spain, Portugal and Latin America, is expected to have turnover of EUR 1.2 billion within two years.
